Shipping Policy

Vinyl Touch Productions will make every effort to ship your order as expeditiously as possible. Orders to PO Box numbers will not be accepted. Orders are packaged in a manner that will ensure the most protection against damage. A confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. Charges for shipping and handling will apply.

International orders are welcome; however, recipients are responsible for all applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. Special order items may incur a short time delay before shipping.

Return Policy

Vinyl Touch Productions has a five (5) day return policy from the date of delivery. Vinyl Touch Productions must me notified within five (5) days of the intent to return the product(s). Product(s) must be returned in the condition in which it was received. Shipping and handling costs for returning the product(s) is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s), Vinyl Touch Productions will fully refund the purchase price less the original cost for shipping, handling and/or taxes.
